Can I cancel my order?

  • Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on 01-4534000. Our Customer Service representatives will advise if the order/item can be cancelled. We cannot cancel if your order/item has already been shipped.
  • Any unwanted items can be returned for free following the returns instructions on the reverse side of the dispatch note which is included with your order.
